Proel Vision Laser Cutting Software

Proel Vision is an optional software program that is designed to work with Proel laser cutters. Combined with a highly sophisticated video camera, this program gives a laser cutter the added capability of cutting complex and detailed shapes at high speeds regardless of their situated position. Using a combination of a camera eye and sophisticated software, Proel Vision guides the laser to contour cut any shape. It can be used for cut out emblems, flannel board figures, embroidered labels and more.

It works with the LaserBridge® machine and galvanometic laser-cutting equipment like the Spartacus. It is intended to cut on preprinted shapes and objects. Consider using it to contour cut ganged sheets of screen printed or digital transfers, decals, emblems, or screen printed or embroidered labels.

Proel Vision laser software adds greater capabilities to the LaserBridge or Spartacus galvanometric lasers. Dramatically increase productivity with the ability to cut out shapes.

Although the LaserBridge® machine contour cuts anything, it gets its direction from the accompanying digitizing and laser cutting software. So to cut something that has not been created within the digitizing software program, you need to use a camera and Vision software to optically recognize the shape to be cut. Registration marks also must be employed for the software to work.

The camera targets one or two registration marks within the design and applies the cutting outline data to precisely cut out individual shapes. Once the registration marks are matched to the designated shape, it cuts it at extremely high galvanometic speed.

With Proel Vision software, your galvanometic laser offers limitless creative possibilities for creating unique, innovative designs and projects.

You can expand the capability of a laser bridge machine by adding a peripheral Bridge Roller or Bridge Board along with a camera and Vision software. You can then cut, etch, or engrave jobs that are not appliqué related. So it would be possible to have appliqué jobs and non-appliqué jobs running side by side on your laser bridge machine greatly increasing its capabilities and profit-making potential.
