Achieve Great Accuracy and Detail

With a laser cutter, the laser head is mounted 1 1/2 inches above the fabric and cutting is accurate to within 1/100th of an inch. You can do much finer detail and more sophisticated designs.

Fully automated
The entire laser-cutting process requires minimal operator intervention, which cuts down on labor and chance of operator error. Once a design is set up, the operator simply loads, presses the start button, weeds, and unloads. It's that fast and simple.

Powered by state-of-the-art laser-cutting software
The E-Laser is guided FocusCut III software designed by Proel. The laser cuts only within the sewing area of an embroidery hoop. FocusCut III converts any embroidery digitized data into laser-ready format. You also can manage all your digitizing and laser files at the same time, a task no other program can do.

Small Footprint
The footprint of the single head E-Laser is only 12 inches by 15 inches so it does not take up a lot of space.

Power Options
Depending on your requirements, the E-Laser comes equipped with a 25-watt or 50-watt CO 2 laser. A smoke suction vacuum quickly removes fumes

How It Works
With the E-Laser, a square of appliqué fabric is simply laid over the hooped garment. The embroidery machine sews the outline or design. Then the laser cuts out the design, it is weeded, and it's done. Edges can be then sewn with a satin stitch as a border or it can be left raw for the popular distressed look.
