E-Caps Singlehead Laser Cap Attachment

E-Caps is a device that can be attached to a singlehead embroidery machine and used in conjunction with the Proel E-Laser to create a wide range of appliqué designs for headwear. Because of the curvature of a cap, it is not possible to do cap appliqué with a LaserBridge machine.

This attachment allows the laser to cut the curved shape of a hat bill in a field measuring approximately 2 to 3 inches in width and 4 to 5 inches in length.

The attachment can easily be installed by the machine owner, and it does not have to be removed to continue to use the machine for traditional embroidery or laser cutting. The Proel software that comes with the singlehead laser tells the machine when to cut and when to embroider so it's a completely seamless operation that requires no intervention from the operator.

The E-Cap attachment makes it possible to do traditional appliqué on headwear as well as distressed appliqué and stacked appliqué designs. The attachment is designed to be used on one machine, but multiple attachments can be affixed to a multihead machine along with the E-Laser for greater productivity. The E-Laser and E-Caps equipment will work on any brand of commercial embroidery machine.
